Just Follow These Simple Steps:

1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type regedit
4. Goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Pannel \ Colors
5. Make the settings 

         ButtonHilight=128 128 128
         ButtonShadow=255 255 255
